2016 Keystone Hideout

Sleeps 2 people Max, with one queen bed, kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, French press coffee maker [you supply the grounds], dishes, cutlery, pots & pans), A/C & Heater, BBQ, Awning, deck with patio table and two chairs, bathroom with shower, and fire pit. NO TV in this rental.

Guests are responsible for their own bedding, towels, lawn chairs and toiletries.

2018 Jayco Flight Bunkhouse

32′ Bunkhouse trailer sleep 5 (2 adults plus children) with one queen bedroom, and a bunk house.  It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot [you supply your coffee grounds], dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, A/C & heating, BBQ, awning with deck, patio table and fire pit.

Guests are responsible for their own bedding, towels, lawn chairs and toiletries.

2022 Jayco Big Bunk Park Model Trailer

38’ Park Model trailer, sleeps 6 (2 adults with children or Max 4 adults only) with one king bedroom, 1 pull out couch in living room and a bunk room that sleeps 2-3. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot [you supply your coffee grounds], dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, A/C & heating, BBQ, awning with deck, picnic table and fire pit.

Guests are responsible for their own bedding, towels, lawn chairs and toiletries. This model is a king bedroom and we realize not everyone has king beds at home so you can rent bedding for the king bedroom only at $25 plus tax for the duration of your stay. Please advise us at the time of your reservation. King pillows are included in this bedding rental fee.

2012 Catalina Bunkhouse

Sleeps 6 (2 adults plus children or 5 adults Max) with one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin on the bottom which is OK for an adult and a pull out couch in living room.  It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, large pantry storage space, toaster, coffee pot [you supply your coffee grounds], dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, A/C & heating, BBQ, awning with deck, patio table and fire pit.

Guests are responsible for their own bedding, towels, lawn chairs and toiletries.

2025 Rates: Daily $200, Weekly $1200

The Catalina is the only rental that is pet friendly. There is a $15 per day per pet fee plus a $100 per pet deposit to ensure no pet created accidents. This deposit will be refunded when the trailer is left with no damages.

Terms & Conditions:

Minimum 2 night stay or 3 nights on long weekends

Includes parking for 1 vehicle. Extra vehicles may be permitted for a $10 per night fee and may need to park in Visitor Parking

Visitors are limited and fees apply. Day visitors are $5 a day and must leave the park by 9pm or buy an overnight pass if applicable

NO PETS and NO SMOKING/NO VAPING inside rentals at any time. Extra cleaning fees will be charged if we find you have had pets or smoked anything inside our cabins.

Pets are permitted in the Catalina trailer only, when the pet fee of $15 per night per pet is paid as well as a $100 pet damage deposit per pet. This damage deposit will be returned upon us checking the trailer and making sure there was no pet caused damage. It will not be returned if there is damage.

A non-refundable deposit of $250, per RV rental is required to confirm your reservation.  All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $10 reservation fee and reservations are non-transferable without managements approval ahead of check in. All prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes. Reducing dates is considering cancelling of dates and you must give appropriate notice (2 months for RV rentals) from check in date to reduce your days and pay a $50 cancellation fee or your whole stay will be payable upon check in.

Dock space is available $15 a day or $90 a week.

* All prices are subject to applicable taxes and all reservations are subject to a reservation fee of $10. Cancellation fee of $50 applies to all cancellations or cancelling days off of your reservation.
